JOHN ALLEN is a master builder with over 20 years of experience in residential construction. He is a veteran (11 years as a U.S. Marine, including deployment in Iraq). He teamed up with Chris Charters after concluding his military service and Allen and Charters was incorporated.

CHRIS CHARTERS has 23 years of home-building experience. From 1987 to 1995, he operated Charters Custom Construction, building in the Northwest (Seattle area and Bainbridge Island) as well as Sun Valley, Idaho.
